what you see is what you get

I see it everyday, a house a forecosure auction looks great from the outside and the inside is destroyed. At an auction in Amesbury today, I watched a young couple buy a house and were ecstatic when they signed the papers. All I could think was that there dreams maybe shattered as soon as they see the inside. It makes me wonder, why would anybody by at foreclosure. It is much safer to buy as a 3rd party, i.e. let an anivestor buy at auction and buy it from them. The P and S will protect you and you get an inspection!!
